The Sun City West Posse and the Sheriff’s Posse of Sun City West include Qualified Armed Posse (Sheriff’s Posse Only),  Intermediate certified,  Basic and “in-training” patrolling members, Dispatchers, Duty Officers (Shift Supervisors) and Officers of the Day.

The Posse patrols the streets of SCW 365 days a year. – 3 shifts a day from 5 am till midnight.

Each shift has 4 to 5 patrol cars on the streets of SCW with 1 dispatcher communicating with all cars and MCSO.

All members live here and have a vested interest in the safety of our community
